Directed Verdict Obtained

Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow P.A. attorneys Martin Driggers and Brandon Gottschall obtained directed verdict in a medical malpractice case filed in Richland County, South Carolina. The case arose out of allegations regarding post-surgical care provided by a medical practice and a physician. The trial court found there was no evidence that the physician breached the standard of care or caused the alleged damages and dismissed all claims against the practice and physician.
