Joe graduated from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate Journal and participated in Moot Court. He maintains a general civil defense practice.

Joe is originally from Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to law school, he attended Wake Forest University where he graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Economics and History. While not working, Joe enjoys spending time in the outdoors, fishing, and cheering on both the Gamecocks and Demon Deacons.
