We handle appeals in both state and federal courts.  Our appellate attorneys have experience before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and our team includes attorneys admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
 

We are prepared to argue for the reversal of an adverse ruling or to protect a favorable one. We know how to preserve issues at the trial level to protect the record in the event of an appeal.  As an integral part of our role as both trial and appellate counsel, we stay abreast of legal developments so that we are aware of the issues likely to affect our clients and our cases.
